Grandmother Winter Jade Forest

All you have to do is lie down and relax. I do the rest. Both methods involve a gentle placing of my hands at specific points or areas of your body and holding them for a few minutes to transmit healing energy. I practice a Cherokee Laying-On of Hands and a Japanese method called Seik. These are similar techniques whose purpose it is to re-integrate the body/mind/spirit when you’re feeling discombobulated and out of sorts. With both approaches, the touch is very soft, but it somehow reaches the deep inner levels and reorganizes your energy to relieve pain and suffering.

My Cherokee training with Grandmother River took place over 15 years, including monthly private sessions, group classes, vision quests, and participation in many Ceremonies. My Seiki training was a 2½-year, 24/7 live-in apprenticeship with its creator, Shinmei Akinobu Kishi. It is impossible to express the impact these teachers had on the evolution of my calling towards healing. My endeavor, now, is to continually improve on them to assist you in your health goals and your own personal evolution.
