Cherokee meditation is really great for people whose minds are too busy and won’t “shut up” –  because it doesn’t ask you to quiet your mind. Instead, it asks you to use your mind in a way that leads to peace and inner knowing. In a session, I guide you through the traditional meditation practice of connecting with Mother Earth and Father Sky as living beings. They are your spiritual parents whose purpose it is to nurture the full power of your life force. For me, it put any negative associations I had with my human parents in the past, and paved a path that led to feeling nurtured and supported by all of creation. That support is there for all of us, all the time, and I would be delighted to put you in touch with it.

I was ordained into the Cherokee priesthood in 2015 by Grandmother River. She (among my extraordinary mentors of three other shamanic cultures) taught me how to connect with Spirit, my purpose, and the power to improve my life. She put me through rigorous initiation rites. She taught me the ancient healing traditions and endorsed me to carry them forward. I do this with profound gratitude, understanding, from my personal experience, how powerfully and beautifully this connection transforms your life.
