I am an Energy Healing Practitioner, certified in 3 comprehensive levels of training at the Energy Healing Institute. My practice, Radiance Revealed, has been located at Heartwood Center for the past 4 years. I love calling Heartwood my practice home.

I work with clients who are deeply committed to their inner work, facilitating clearing sessions and sharing tools and practices for their ongoing healing. I regularly contribute articles to the Heartwood newsletter, and speak and offer workshops in the Evanston and surrounding areas. Partnering with clients is a privilege, and I love sharing the efficacy and practicality of Energy Healing with interested learners.

If you feel emotionally overwhelmed, energetically blocked, disconnected from yourself, or sense that something within you is ready to shift, I offer a calm, supportive space for deeper self-discovery and spiritual growth.

In each session, I combine intuitive energy work with personalized energetic attunement, guided by your needs and intentions. This process can help release accumulated tension, restore energetic balance, and bring greater clarity to patterns that no longer serve you.

I meet you with presence, compassion, and respect for your individual path. Rather than imposing a belief system, I support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom and accessing your own resources for transformation.

Sessions may open space for greater self-awareness, inner peace, personal insight, and deep spiritual transformation.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a session and take the next step toward greater clarity, balance, and connection with yourself.

Over 25 years ago, my first shiatsu session began a life long journey of self-discovery and delving into the holistic wisdom of Asian medicine modalities.  I love that this form of bodywork takes into account the entire person; body, mind and spirit.  As a Zen Shiatsu Practitioner, I have witnessed the healing power of shiatsu in assisting my clients to navigate the seasons and transitions of life with more strength and resilience.  Whether the focus of our sessions is of a physical or emotional nature, shiatsu supports the body’s wise and innate healing capacity, clearing the path for optimal well-being and engaging in life more fully.

Shiatsu is a form of Asian bodywork that supports health and well-being by balancing the energy of the body with gentle pressure and stretching.  The client wears comfortable clothing that allows for stretching and ease of movement.  Each session is tailored to the client’s individual needs. I incorporate shiatsu, massage, energy work, meditation, qigong, taichi and 5 element theory.

When talk therapy becomes stagnant, a subconscious release is needed. Reiki allows for this release and unlocks multi-level healing – physically, emotionally + spiritually.

As a wellness practitioner, my mission is to bring healing and wholeness as a compassionate guide. My creative, integrative approach blends holistic therapies such as:

  • Reiki
  • Breathwork
  • Guided meditation
  • Crystal therapy
  • Somatic movement
  • Hypnotherapy

Through tapping into inner resources and empowering self-healing, sessions with me bring relief and release in body, mind + spirit.

I deeply care for the people I support – particularly those who have experienced harm or have been marginalized. I am trauma-aware, culturally-sensitive, and an LGBTQIA+ ally. I have counseled, trained and mentored others for 15 years, and love building community through wellbeing workshops/retreats. I specialize in women’s health – perimenopause + prenatal/postpartum care.

I’m equal parts hippy + scientist, a mom-preneur, a world-traveler, and tree-hugging nature-lover. I also have a superpower – creating visualizations that empower clients to imagine a brighter future.

What I love most about practicing Shiatsu is the way it makes me develop myself as human being. Whether from a minor ankle injury or from years of emotional trauma, working to help people heal has brought out the depths of my own sensitivity, strength, and capacity to do good.

My second favorite thing about Shiatsu is that I get to work with the physical body! This means feeling the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual as one thing – a life. It is a joy to help people to feel that great goodness of life in themselves!

I graduated from Vassar College with a concentration in Studio Art and a secondary focus in Biology. My Shiatsu certification was earned at Zen Shiatsu Chicago in Evanston; shortly thereafter, I completed their Post-Graduate program in Clinical Shiatsu studies. I currently study Shiatsu with my main influence and dear mentor, Grandmother WinterJade Forest.
