Our deepest reality is that we are always already one with all life. For many of us, this reality is covered over by layers of accumulated stuff – the wounds and issues of a lifetime. Integral Spiritual Coaching is what I call the holistic, intuitively-guided process I use to help people find their way home to the place where they are one with self, neighbor and nature. Sometimes this work is also called spiritual direction or companioning.

Sessions take place in a safe, sacred space in which individuals can share their story, including their joys and pain. Because each person’s journey is unique, I tailor each session to the needs of the individual. Tools used during sessions may include Focusing, voice dialogue, guided meditation, Qigong, and shadow work.

I have a certificate in spiritual direction from the Institute for Spiritual Leadership.  My passion is supporting peoples’ spiritual growth, healing, and awakening.

Rev. Courtney Bossarte

I help people release physical, emotional, and energetic pain—not by managing symptoms, but by clearing what no longer belongs. My work is rooted in spiritual attunement and supported by over ten integrative modalities, including energy healing practices, somatic therapies, intuitive astrology, and spiritually based coaching.

Each session is intuitive and responsive, guided by what your system reveals and what you consciously bring forward. Whether you’re navigating chronic tension, emotional overwhelm, or the invisible weight of old narratives, this work helps you return to your clarity, vitality, and internal steadiness.

This is not about fixing—it’s about releasing what distorts the truth of who you are.

People often leave in less pain—physically, emotionally, mentally.

Not numbed. Not bypassed.

But cleared. Different.

What once lived in their system—grief, tightness, the story behind their jaw or gut—simply isn’t there.

And in its place: space, breath, and the return of something they thought they’d lost.

“It’s the way she shows up—present, steady, and without agenda—that invites the system to settle and something essential to shift.”
