I am a Yoga Therapist, Reiki Master, and soon-to-be Naturopathic Doctor (ND) who brings a world of expertise to holistic health. With nearly two decades of experience teaching yoga and later receiving a Master of Science Yoga Therapy, my existing practice lies at the intersection of science, spirituality, and whole-person centered care. By combining the knowledge I have gained in Naturopathic Medical School, along with my role as an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, I bridge the modern and ancient to help each one of my clients build the optimal conditions for health and healing throughout their lifespan.
