Work with the Tai Chi energy ball for balance and breathing. Breathe from the lower tan tien, major energy center in the body (lower abdomen). Relax the body through gentle movements – Tai Chi is a moving meditation.

Arlene Faulk guides you through gentle Tai Chi movements for decreasing stress.

Faulk Tai Chi during COVID-19 (22 min) – Arlene Faulk

A gentle practice to move your body into the day. Start lying down with lower body warm ups then hands and knees spinal movement ending in sitting.

Morning Yoga Practice (15 min) – Becky Paulin Liston

This 12 minute yoga stretch can be done on the floor or modified to a chair. Some hands and knees work and transitioning between lying on stomach and lying on back.
