WITH AUTHOR & SHAMAN BRIDGET BOLAND

Join published novelist, creative nonfiction writer and shaman Bridget Boland for an innovative and evocative new approach to sourcing your stories. This workshop teaches writers how to “tap in” and access material from their own life experiences and to share it in a profound and powerful way on the page. This course is for memoir writers of all levels.

IN THIS WORKSHOP WE:IMG_7498

  • Create and mine seminal experiences in our histories to deeply connect and understand our motivations, behaviors and reactions to life events.
  • seek out the “aha moments” – the epiphanies that we most want and need to write about.
  • examine the patterns and beliefs that guide us in our life choices and lead us along our life paths.
  • incorporate gentle yoga and body movement, guided meditations and visualizations, and writing prompts to bring our experiences more fully alive on the page.
  • Share excerpts of work-in-progress in a safe, nurturing environment.

Please join us for this innovative and powerful approach to writing the stories that matter most: the ones that want to be told through you!
