Welcome In is a gathering centered around reflection, exploration of resilience strategies, and intention-setting through conversation, journaling prompts, Yin Yoga, and meditation. Facilitated by Dr. Melissa Perrin, this retreat opens the door to a new year; a new chapter; and the “next normal.”
Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat. If you don’t have a mat, we’ll provide one for you. Parking is on-site in an adjacent lot or there is residential street parking nearby.
Light snacks and water will be provided.
