This friendly gentle yoga class is one of a kind in the Midwest! Certified Yoga Therapist Sarah Westbrook and her Assistant Yoga Teachers assign and guide each student through their own unique sequence. Your sequence will address your main complaint: pain anywhere in the body, breathing issues, or any other physical or mental concern.
Your first class of this series will be an Intake Class including a comprehensive Posture & Movement Patterns Assessment. Yoga Therapy is uniquely suited to addressing suffering by revising ingrained movement habits, correcting breathing patterns and custom cueing.
All the Yoga Teacher Assistants have years of experience, are certified and insured, many have multiple licenses and certifications. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to receive high level care and expert individualized attention at an accessible price.
