6 week class beginning 9/15 (no class 10/13)

This class is foundational and will cover basic alignment in traditional classifications of yoga postures (forward and back bends, standing and seated postures, twists and more).  This class is designed to make yoga accessible to every body whether recovering from injury/surgery or new to yoga.  This class may also be repeated (if you have attended in the past) or may stand alone.
