A hands-on workshop with Becky Paulin-Liston & Jan Ellenstein developed to expose young women to healthy, healing and empowering strategies for self-care. Participants will be guided through a variety of yoga and art-based exercises/activities that can help reduce feelings of anxiety, increase self-awareness and strengthen self-confidence.
