An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Friday, repeating until October 28, 2022

October 7, 14, 21 and 28th

Via Zoom. Registration deadline is October 4th.

I invite you to join my foundational mindfulness meditation course to cultivate your capacity for presence and awareness while contributing to your personal well-being and resiliency.

These practices have been rooted in my culture for thousands of years, and current research delves into the many benefits they provide to our overall well-being. Mindfulness can improve your relationships, your physical and emotional health, boost your immune system, manage stress, and much more.

After this four session course, you will walk away with foundational practices in mindfulness of breath, body, thoughts, and how to bring them in to your everyday life. You will learn through talks, as well as experiential practices.

Hina Pitroda
Being still and centering with mindfulness opens up our wisdom and deepens our connection to ourselves, our lives, and all that is around us. Adding self-compassion fills your cup so the kindness within you is liberated.
I offer group classes in meditation and self-compassion, as well as one-on-one guidance options. My practices center on breath, body, thoughts, emotions, kindness, compassion, pain, fear, forgiveness, and more.
I hold the two-year mindfulness meditation teacher certification from Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and was trained by The Center for Mindful Self-Compassion.
As an Indian woman who immigrated to the U.S. in my youth, and has lived in three different countries, I am very conscientious of diversity, equity, and a multicultural focus. I am passionate about helping people cultivate practices that support them in achieving a higher self-awareness, leading them on a road to happiness.
