I am a certified Diet & Lifestyle Coach through the Shang Shung Institute, trained in the traditions of Tibetan Medicine, learning about the elements of wind, fire, water, and earth, and the art of balancing digestive fire following my BS in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado while also exploring integrative health at Bastyr University. I bring experience from clinics, community programs, and the culinary arts.
My services flow from the principles of Tibetan Medicine: personalized meal plans that honor elemental balance, consultations that explore symptoms and guide choices, and community cooking circles where recipes transform into living medicine. I also offer seasonal talks, webinars, and Curious Circles—engaging fresh topics relating to Tibetan tastes, its practices, and why it matters.
I connect with people through the rhythms of food, the seasons, and their own bodies. My work invites curiosity, grounded presence, and exploration, showing that true well-being grows from tuning in, savoring, and moving in harmony with the world around us.
