Becky Paulin-Liston is offering therapeutic yoga in the Skylight room at Heartwood – open to men and women of all ability levels.  Please come if you can, and bring a friend! Classes will be held on the following dates:

$108 for 6 week session, drop-ins welcome $20, please email instructor prior to class for confirmation:

4/24-5/29 (pushed back a week – beginning 5/1)
