The Japanese term for this is Shinrin Yoku\, which translates to “bathing in the atmosphere of the forest.” This embodied practice\nfosters a deep connection with nature\, encouraging you to engage with your surroundings in a mindful and restorative way. Research has shown that spending time in the forest can lower blood pressure\, reduce anxiety\, strengthen the immune system\, enhance creativity\, and foster positive emotions. \nForest bathing is a powerful way to enhance your health and well-being while reconnecting with the more-than- human world.
