DESCRIPTION:Sunday Morning Meditation\, Sundays 10am – 11:30am \nUpstairs\, enter through east door \nIncludes chants\, a reading and sitting and walking “calm abiding” (Shamatha) meditation.  The second Sunday of the month is usually an “Open House Meditation” geared toward newcomers\, with a short talk and more extensive meditation instruction provided.  This is an Offering of  Mindrol Ösel Ling Meditation Center.  No charge\, but donations are accepted with gratitude.   For more information –  www.mindroloselling.org or email info@mindroloselling.org. Please always email before coming for the first time to be sure the session is happening.
