DESCRIPTION:Summer Da Wu\nThursdays\, 5:30 – 6:30 pm June 23 through August 11\, 2016 \nLearn the Grand Dance of Health This Summer: Da Wu Chi Gong \nChi Gong\, sometimes called the mother of Tai Chi\, is a form of exercise and moving meditation invented in China thousands of years ago to strengthen the body\, calm the mind\, and encourage the free flow of the life force. Chi Gong may help with high blood pressure\, sense of balance\, depression\, mental focus\, stress management\, sleep disorders\, and lack of energy. \nDa Wu (Grand Dance) is a form of Chi Gong based on ancient Chinese dance. It is a powerful form that strengthens the body through stretching and bending\, and emphasizes rotating\, flexing\, and relaxing the joints through lifting\, sinking\, opening\, and closing.  The flowing movements of this beautiful and graceful form encourage profound relaxation\, leading to improved health and well-being.
