It includes a number of animal forms\, so if you’re curious about Stretching Tiger\, Standing Bear\, or White Crane Flies Over the Ocean\, this is your chance to learn! \nChi Gong — the mother of Tai Chi — is an ancient Chinese form of exercise and moving meditation that strengthens the body\, calms the mind\, and encourages the free flow of the life force. Chi Gong may help with high blood pressure\, sense of balance\, depression\, mental focus\, stress management\, lack of energy\, and sleep problems.
