Over many years of practice\, students of this system began to understand that with balanced martial practice came amazing health benefits. Tai Chi Chuan has evolved into a martial art that emphasizes the importance of maintaining ones health. The Secret Yang Tai Chi Chuan class provides instruction in The 8 Essential Movements Chi Kung set\, The Secret Yang Tai Chi Chuan form and traditional martial arts body strengthening exercises. Elements of Tai Chi Chuan studied in class are; relaxation\, good posture\, focus\, and proper spirit. The class is physically and mentally challenging\, “simple\, not easy”. \nMalenga Charles Wagner has been studying and teaching martial arts for over 30 years.
