DESCRIPTION:Join Jay Taylor (Sound Artist / Meditation Facilitator) and Katarina Stanisavljevic (Zen Shiatsu Practitioner / Instructor) for a uniquely healing experience in Heartwood Center’s Skylight Room. \nSaturday\, March 12\n7:00pm – 9:00pm \nJoin Jay Taylor (Sound Artist / Meditation Facilitator) and Katarina Stanisavljevic (Zen Shiatsu Practitioner / Instructor) for a uniquely healing experience in Heartwood Center’s Skylight Room. \nTo begin your practice you will be guided through a relaxing and opening movement meditation that will allow you to feel the resonance of Jay’s exquisite sound creation composed of crystal singing bowls\, gong\, and percussion. Then\, as you move to your mat\, you will receive several minutes of therapeutic bodywork as your nervous system settles into a state of deep rest. \nTo keep these gatherings safe and meaningful for each participant to receive a sufficient amount of bodywork\, we are limiting our capacity to 10 guests per event. We anticipate that this event will be Soul-ed Out quickly so snag your spot today. You won’t want to miss this experience! \nNote: Please bring whatever materials you will need to be comfortable. This may include\, but is not limited to a yoga mat\, bolster\, blanket\, pillow\, eye mask\, and water. \nCOVID Safety: Since Heartwood Center is designated as a healthcare facility\, our mask policy will remain as is\, and guests are expected to wear a face covering the nose and mouth for the duration of this event. Social distance will be maintained within the spacious Skylight Room.
