SUMMARY:Heartwood Meditation Class - Just for Middle School Students
DESCRIPTION:Heartwood is happy to announce a new class that introduces the foundations of meditation to youth ages 10-14. No sign up is required for this weekly drop-in class conveniently located at Dempster and Dodge.
