You’ll be introduced to ways to manage stress\, anxiety and frustration with more calm and skills to deepen your awareness so you can move past blocks and find steps of change. \nFor healing professionals: The class is an introduction to mindfulness and focusing training for work with clients. Ongoing CEU training opportunities are available beginning October.
