DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, September 20\, 2022 \n5:00 PM 8:00 PM \n\n\n\n\n\n\nHina invites you to join her MSC Course for a journey of learning\, self-discovery\, and self-awareness to nurture and grow your own self-compassion and emotional resiliency. The course will be offered live via Zoom over 8 weeks\, and includes a silent retreat. \n8-weeks\, plus 1 retreat (total of 9 weeks)\, 3-hour class once a week (24 hours) \nSeptember 20\, 2022-November 8\, 2022 (Tuesdays). Time: 5:00 pm CST to 8:00 pm CST \n1 retreat (3 hours) – October 23rd\, 2022 from 10 AM – 1 PM CST via Zoom. \nFor National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC)\, this course provides 24 hours of continuing education units.
