You can use simple mindfulness and focusing practices to feel less stress in your life\, work and relationships. \nHeartwood Center. Registration with Smithhuemer@gmail.com. Fee:$25.  In a supportive group\, you can learn to use your resources of mind-body awareness to feel less stress. \nI also offer one-to-one sessions.
