DESCRIPTION:“Laughter is the best medicine\, “ as they say.\nI offer you an easy way to bring in well-being in the new year!! \nCome and try laughter for yourself\, in this in-person experiential class.\nChildren laugh so easily and very often\, where adults barely laugh in a day. \nLaughter is not only easy and feels good\, but it has plenty of benefit such as:  \n\n\nQuickly reduce physical\, mental\, and emotional stress.
