DESCRIPTION:Fridays\, from 9:30-11:00 am\nOctober 7\, 14\, 21 and 28th\n\n \nVia Zoom. Registration deadline is October 4th.\n\n\n\nI invite you to join my foundational mindfulness meditation course to cultivate your capacity for presence and awareness while contributing to your personal well-being and resiliency. \n \nThese practices have been rooted in my culture for thousands of years\, and current research delves into the many benefits they provide to our overall well-being. Mindfulness can improve your relationships\, your physical and emotional health\, boost your immune system\, manage stress\, and much more. \n \nAfter this four session course\, you will walk away with foundational practices in mindfulness of breath\, body\, thoughts\, and how to bring them in to your everyday life.
