DESCRIPTION:Lok Kwan will be teaching Dragon Gate Qigong in the Skylight Room on Saturday\, March 5th\, 2022 \nDragon Gate is said to be the first form of Qigong from which all other forms developed. It has few movements and is quite internal. I place it around the middle of the continuum\, maybe a little more to the Yin side. It is easy to learn and very conducive to experiencing Qi sensations. All students start to feel Qi in a palpable way within fifteen minutes of practice.
