Kathy Kessenich

Kathy received her massage therapy education at the Wellness and Massage Training Institute. She believes that massage therapy is a tool through which people can access an awareness and greater connection with their own bodies to help them live more comfortably and happily. Her work is grounded in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage but she incorporates stretching and aspects of techniques like cranial sacral and reflexology into that work depending on the needs of the client. Kathy sees herself as a health facilitator working in partnership with people who seek her services. She seeks to provide a safe, comfortable, soothing environment in which people can be themselves,  let go of their stresses and have the opportunity to make positive changes to improve their overall health and quality of life.
