Family Constellation Experience

This amazing phenomenological process explores how deep forces in our family systems, sometimes over multiple generations, can influence our thoughts, behaviors and emotional experiences. Tapping into a “knowing field” that surrounds each family allows the client and volunteer representatives to explore this living phenomenon.
Constellations show us how we are entwined in the events of the past, often feeling the fate of another as our own, and discover the image, movement or words that release us. Family Constellations occur with compassion, love and a movement towards balance.
We will look at the constellation process not only for ourselves but the amazing gift of being a representative for someone else. This service to others enhances our capacity to see the world differently and increases are ability to do our own healing work.
Participants may experience one or more constellation formats including guided visualizations, individual constellation or a classic family constellation. What happens will depend on what wants to emerge when we gather.

Awakening to the heart of wisdom is to tend the garden of Life and to find joy.

It is vital that we bring our practice into our Earthly existence. After all, this is our dwelling place. Earthy, grounded, sensible action shouldn’t be overlooked or underemphasized. We aim to soar to new heights through our practice, but then equally importantly, to descend that awareness.
There are many yoga techniques and rituals to accomplish this, but I will teach what I know, what I have learned and practiced and made my own. This workshop will employ the yoga teachings, pranayama, mantra, yantra, visualization, ritual, concentration, meditation and some gentle hatha yoga. It will be designed to help you to help yourself.
