A little bit about the Workshop

We will do several interesting, clever Awareness Through Movement® lessons designed to illuminate your habits around your arm, shoulder and wrist movements which will bring a new found possibility for comfort and ease in your daily movement.  The best part is that you will be able to access these lessons again and again in your life to recall this comfort whenever you wish.

A little bit about the teacher

Laura Sebastian has been a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner for 20 years and is also an Assistant Trainer of the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education.

She has done training in CranioSacral Therapy and is formally trained in Personal and Professional Growth Training and Development.

Please wear warm comfortable clothing including socks and an extra sweater.  Bring two large towels for head support.  Pillows are too soft.
