Focusing
Marsha Smith, MSW, facilitates "Open to Change," a supportive group setting where you'll experience processes that nurture positive change and allow you to move past blocks that keep so many people stuck. Meditation
Asang and Nancy Floy—cofounders of Tsogyaling Meditation Center of Evanston—offer Tibetan Buddhist Meditation classes to people of all beliefs. Learn the basics of mindful meditation and compassion practices. Settle your mind to relax and ease the stress of any mental or physical challenges. Manifest peace in the world by starting with our own minds. By donation: Proceeds benefit the Tibet Girls School to provide education for Tibetan nomad children.
