Jin Shin Do Body Mind Acupressure
Jin Shin Do (trans: the Way of the Compassionate Spirit) Bodymind Acupressure -- like all Asian medicine -- is intrinsically holistic. For example, while treating an imbalance that symptomatically presents as pain, the treatment will also harmonize any corresponding distress in emotions and spirit. This is why you feel a deep sense of well being after experiencing any asian therapies.

Acupressure is one of the most ancient forms of Asian bodywork. While similar to Acupuncture, practitioners use finger pressure instead of needles. Jin Shin Do Bodymind Acupressure is based on Japanese acupressure techniques and Chinese medical theory combined with Western theories of psychosomatic amouring in the body. In combination with acupressure, Jennifer uses bodymind focusing and processing techniques that include mindfulness meditation, Hakomi skills and Internal Family Systems techniques.

This blend of modalities creates a compassionate and non-invasive container that is client-centered, allowing for deep syncronicity of body and mind. You will find that Acupressure is a gentle and effective way to relieve stress, address tension and pain, relax the body and mind, ease chronic conditions, and nourish the spirit.

Eight Pieces of Silk Qi Gong
Eight Pieces of Silk qi gong harmonizes the mind, body and spirit. With simple stretching exercises combined with meditation and breathing, we cultivate more clarity, relaxation and energy. We begin where we are compassionately and move into our own wisdom gently.
