PRACTITIONERS
Rev. Colleen Hubbard, MSW, CCHT, RMT
My mission is to connect with people through kindness and compassionate communication to illuminate strength and peace within.
By consciously connecting to the soul, our work together can be transformational on a cellular level as it creates positive change, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Combining the power of forgiveness and appreciation with the gentle healing properties of Reiki, RoHun, shamanic work and movements based on the meridians, more space is created to hold and shine one's own light.
As we heal our relationship with ourselves and welcome greater responsibility for how we create our life experiences, we can find ever greater freedom and joy.
These are some of the heart-centered tools I use:
- Reiki
- Hypnotherapy
- RoHun®
- aromatherapy
- subtle energy healing (e.g., soul retrieval)
- past life therapy
- HypnoBirthing®
- Meridian Yoga

Colleen has a Masters in Social Work from Loyola University, Chicago, and a Masters in the Art of Teaching from National Louis University in Evanston, Illinois. CURRENT CLASSES
Meridian Light Yoga Class
Thursday evenings
7:45 pm - 8:45 pm
Meridian Light Yoga classes are a joyful way to move and, if we choose, to softly bring transformation into our lives. Winter is a great time to start this class as it is quiet and meditative. Meridian Light Yoga uses gentle yet purposeful moves to encourage our bodies to express themselves freely and naturally. Based on the meridian system (channels of energy in the body) of Traditional Chinese Medicine, these techniques guide us to breathe deeply and move to increase the quality and quantity of energy in these channels that feed our bodies, minds and emotions. We can also develop the sensitivity and awareness of our relationship wotj and between those parts of ourselves. All are welcome. No previous yoga experience is required, just an open mind!
Fee for one class is $18 and $150 for a 10-class card.
