Heartwood's Garden Planting Day

October 11, 2010

Another step in our rebuilding project brought out lots of helpers! The Heartwood community pitched in to plant trees, bushes, flowers and bulbs in front of our new home at 1818 Dempster in Evanston. See more about Heartwood's new location >>
